US Patent No. 9,918,915 B2; Procter & Gamble has patented a method of enhancing and/or modulating activity of N-(4-cyanomethylphenyl)-ρ-menthanecarboxamide incorporated in a personal care composition for use on skin, hair, the oral cavity and other mucosal surfaces; a flavor composition or a perfume composition comprising formulating a personal care, flavor and perfume compositions with a calcium ion source and a calcium transport agent. The compositions provide, upon use, an immediate onset of a pleasant fresh cooling sensation that lasts longer than 15 minutes.
